Bad customer service , everything is out of date
Terrible customer service by two young men who were using swear words to each other which were easily heard by my mum and me. I told them off and they just laughed. I'm just glad I didn't have my kids with me!
I went into this store yesterday and asked the young man on the till if they had any gluten free products. 'Any what' he said. Do you have gluten free products. "I don't know, we might have, not sure, if we do they will be scattered about" then he carried on talking to the lady who was mopping at the time. The man behind me laughed and I stood there thinking hmmm wonderful customer service, not!!!
