Below was my orginial review. However since joining i was asigned Dr Ramkumar Kumarakulasingham a gp who had exceeded my expectations. He provides a sense of genuine care, and interest in his pateint appointments. Puts effort and acts upon requests. Having been to several gp surgeries over the past year as i have moved around Essex. Can honestly say he brings client care to a new levelTuesday 11th December I went to register as a new patient. And unaware of the process. I was greeted with the rudest receptionist I have ever encountered. Instead of being helpful and offering guidance. I got short answers, no eye contact and a horrible tone.
great staff and doctors but the place needs to be made bigger as it has to many patents and getting an appointment over the phone is a joke
Been with the surgery for years, Every staff member kind and helpful. All round a great surgery!
Extremely difficult to get through on the phone, nigh on impossible to actually get an appointment, receptionists are rude and patronising and if you are lucky enough to get an appointment, its always running late and then rushed when it is finally your turn. Appointments are released at 8am daily, last time I tried calling at this time I tried 30 odd times to then finally get though and be told there were none left and I would have to call back tomorrow! Why cant you just phone any time and book an appointment for the day after tomorrow, or next week etc. WHY is this stupid system in place?
Staff always friendly, often very busy and you may have to wait but will always help where they can. I am very happy they are my doctors
