Afternoon tea, sandwiches, cakes and scones all very fresh and tasty. Ambience was lovely.
Love the atmosphere and customer service. I love the fresh made food. Highly recommend this place.
If you fancy a gourmet fried breakfast experience in a tiny rustic setting with attentive staff this is the place.Wooden tables, candle lit; a greasy spoon this is not.Booking is, in my opinion essential as we had to and reservations were everywhere.There is a varied menu, afternoon tea with dainty sandwiches, jam scones etcetc (I didn't inquire if it was jam first or cream, dealer's choice probably).On the whole, it was a treat, highly recommended.One caveat. The children's fryup is for Children. If you're looking for a smaller one you'd best order small and add to it with extras.A* would visit again.
Absolutely lovely tea room come resteraunt, it was a bit chilly so we opted for inside but the garden tables were set in their own little nooks and seemed private despite it not being a huge place, so in warmer weather I will try outside dining. The food was generously portioned and excellent, I was tempted by the deserts but so full from the main I didn't end up getting one, oh well an excuse to go back now. And for the breakfasts which a friend recommended but we arrived to late, oh dear I will have to go back at least twice ! And I most certainly will return, it's in town technically but a bit out of the way but well worth the trek.
Popped in for a Saturday morning fry up which was great, we sat outside as it was a nice sunny morning. The staff were polite and the food very good. Plenty of parking. You can also buy vouchers for afternoon tea. I definitely recommend this place.
